The Eco Den decided that they wanted to get creative and also wanted to help animals! We joined the two and spent the morning making bird feeders from reusable materials or from recycled objects. We totally thought outside of the box and everyone made something really special. Well done!

This week we took part in a gruesome experiment looking at how we digest our food! The children loved getting stuck in and breaking down our beans and toast with our masher (teeth) and different solutions (saliva and gastric juices) and even squeezed it through tights (our intestines). It’s safe to say some children loved it… some were happy to watch!!
